Terms of service

Last updated 20 September 2026. These terms cover the free tier, which is the only tier currently available.

What the service does

AgentReady fetches pages from a website you nominate, scores how well machines can read them, generates infrastructure files from what it found, and — when you connect the relevant accounts — samples answer engines to measure whether they cite that site.

You may scan a site you own or operate, or one you are authorised to test. The scanner identifies itself, respects a page’s robots directives for its own fetching, and is rate limited. Do not point it at a site you have no relationship with in order to load it.

What it does not do

It does not promise a ranking, a citation, or traffic. A readiness score measures whether machines can read a site, not whether they quote it.
It does not predict citation probability. Sampled rates are reported with their sample size and confidence interval, and withheld below 100 runs.
It does not act on your behalf on other platforms. The MCP tools it generates read your own published pages; the write-shaped ones return a link.
It does not publish files to your site. You deploy what it generates.

Your account and the free tier

The free tier covers one site, three scans a month, up to 50 pages a scan and 50 MCP calls a month. Limits are enforced in the product and may change while the service is free. Paid plans are not available yet; prices shown in the app are what we intend to charge and nothing can be purchased.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including any API key you create. Keys are shown once, stored hashed, and can be revoked at any time.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as it is, without a warranty, while it is free. Scans depend on third-party sites and answer-engine APIs that can fail, rate limit or change without notice. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, which on the free tier is nothing.

Ending it

You can stop using the service at any time and ask for your data to be deleted — see the privacy page for what is stored and how removal works. We may suspend an account that is scanning sites it has no relationship with, or that is using the service to load a third party.
